The objective of our company is to have a safe, injury free, cost effective operation. As a first step all our personell are required to become familiar with WCB safety guidelines. At Iron Mountain Welding Ltd. we have our own additional safety guidelines and every employee goes through a safety orientation. Some of our guidelines are standard industry practice, others you will find unique to Iron Mountain Industires Ltd.. We want to make our workplace the safest it can be and a healthy place for our employees to work injury free.
